Can Sinus Infection Cause Vertigo?

can sinus infection cause vertigo. I have been taking antibiotic and predisone the dizziness stopped especially when I laid down or bent over. It has started again it cause me to fall when I bent over to pick up a item. Everything was spinning until I could re focus. I thought the infection was over.
