Can Sinus Pressure And Swollen Glands Cause Pressure Under Ears?

Can sinus pressure and swollen glands make you feel funny? I feel pressure under my ears and neck where my glands are and they were swollen yesterday and Ive had a sore throat and my ears feel sort of clogged. When I bend over the pressure intensifies slightly. I have alot of anxiety problems and tend to think the worst. I also quit smoking a week ago and i have slight tightness in my chest and upper back pain. Repository or heart problem or just constant tension from anxiety? Im 23 female 5 6 and weigh 174 so Im fairly healthy. I have no known congential heart problems in the family. I dont have any sharp pains or shortness of breath. Sometimes I feel like I have shortness of breath but I think that may be part of aniety. Im just paranoid about my health. My mother just died few months back.
