Can Smoking Cannabis Cause Epididymal Cysts?

Can smoking cannabis cause epididymal cysts? I had one in my right testicle when i was around about the ages on 6-9 but i am now 19 and just curious because i have about a 1 cm little + more growing on the top of my testicle sack genuinely painless but sometimes uncomfortable and it can definitely intensify if it s on my mind or researching about it or trying to go to sleep sometimes a few weeks ago my testicles were feeling rather heavy also
