Can Smoking Meth Cause Vaginal Cysts And Symptoms Like Dryness, Itchiness, And Unusual Discharge?

Can smoking meth cause vaginal cysts? I have been smoking it for an year now but recently started to feel a lump in the lower inner area of vagina and it s storing fluid or air in it maybe, my vagina is becoming so dry, itchy, and a thick white milk colored discharge and sometimes a gel like fluid also comes out after peeing. Can you please tell me if it is because of smoking meth or any other reason?
