Can Smoking Vapor Cigarette Cause False Positive Result Of THC?

I took a drug screen and tested positive of THC....75ng/ml....I have NEVER smoked marijuana in my life.... I cannot understand this at all....I take lisinopril .....the only thing I have done differently is .... I bought a vapor cigarette and tried many different flavors....could this have anything to do with it?
