Can Smoking Weed Aback A Month Show Positive Result From The Drug Test?

Hi smoked weed about a month ago on January 2 after a long time of not smoking. I have a drug test tomorrow morning for a promotion that I worked very hard to get! I am terribly nervous about not passing. Is there anything that I can do to help my chances of passing this urine test?
