Can Some Sort Of Mite/lice Feeling All Over The Hairs And Body Be Lice Or Scabies ?

Hi. I have some sort of mite/lice on my body. Im not sure if it is body lice or scabies. I can never seem to see the mites but obviously feel them moving and can see my hair on arm and legs move when i feel them in that area.
I also have movement in my eyebrows and in my hair also! I have my pubic region however, if I dont, i sometimes find some sort of yellow/orange segretion or eggs on some of the hairs.
I have tried KP hair lice lotion to no avail and also some mild body lice treeatment to the same effect. I can feel them all over my hair and body constantly and mentally this is really killing me and making me depressed!! Please help me as to best treatment.
