Can someone help me? Masturbation is against my principles , I spent more than four years without masturbating . But it's been a while since I masturbate sleeping in a somewhat unconscious way . I masturbate sleeping face down , rubbing my penis on the bed. Sometimes I just rub me without thinking about anything , other times I have sexual fantasies and other times I masturbate thinking of symbolic and meaningless things without sexual character. Sometimes I'm more aware, and sometimes I can stop . Sometimes it's unconscious and I only have a vague memory in the morning. What do I do? I don't want to masturbate me.
