..I have been quite sore, with a sensation around my anus for a few days now, but only this afternoon when showering I discovered a pea size lump next to my anus. It is sore to touch. I have been suffering with lower back pain for the last few weeks. I am also a high risk bowel cancer patient, due to have my 12 monthly colonoscopy this month
