Can Sore Throat With Pus, Swollen Lymph Nodes, Muscle Aches Be Treated?

Hello :) My name is Ana'leah and I need your help. I have a sore throat, swollen lymph notes, and puss in my throat. I am extremely tired and sometimes have muscle aches. The difficult thing is...I have had these symptoms for 11 months now. I have gone to 3 doctors, taken antibiotics, gone on vocal rest, and tried home remedies. Do you have any advice?
