Can Sperm Tucking Cause Weak Body With Joint Pains And Hair Loss?

Iam vivek from india, i dont feel guilty or somethingelse, but realy i see my body has become weak, since i started sperm tucking myself. for example, i get knot sounds when i sit that when my knee joints bend. everytime when i bend knee sound comes.. and i cannot do exercise or lift weight which is normal to my frnds,,too much of my hair falls out of heat.. and inform you that i do sperm tucking for 8years daily.... if it affects you should guide me how to come out step by step from this addiction.... thank you sir
