Can Spinal Stenosis Cause Pain All Over Body?

I have traveling pain ,goes from shoulders to knees to elbos to hips, some times even toes. very painful.. being dealing with this for a year or more.pain is al most like electrical shocks. drs.and ive been to many, cant seem to it out.. could it be nerouligic.I have been diagnoised with spinal stenosis. could that be causing my pain
