Can Steroids Aid Hair Regrowth After Laser Hair Removal?

Hello i am a transplant recipient two times. Due to all the meds and their side effects, I have become very hairy. I think this is due to the cyclosporin. My question is this: If I go to a laser hair removal place and get the treatment done, will the hair grow back since I will still be on steroids which caused the hair growth in the first case.
