Can Stomach Blisters Look Like Tiny Pinpricks With Black Dots?

I had an an allergic reaction to clindamycin yesterday - dark/light red spots - more heightened after a shower. I called doc and was told to stop med and take benadryl. Today I noticed a tiny blood spot - like pin prick on my stomach. Just now saw some black dots on my back and sides. Are these blisters?
