Can Strep Be Contracted Through Oral Sex?

My boyfriend and I both have strep, and are going to start taking the antibiotic tomorrow, on Friday he's supposed to stay the night with me, and we were wondering if oral sex was an option. I'm not really sure if you can get any sort of rash or anything from mouth to genital contact.
