Can Stress Cause Abnormal Pink And Brown Periods, Nausea With Sleepiness?

hi, i am a bit worried last week my period (day early) was a bit odd- slimy pink then stopped after 2 days then it was light red for 3 days but there was some brown with it!

but i didnt really think much about it as i know periods can have odd moments...

but couple days back (and still have it) i have dull headache, stomach uncomfortable and feeling nausea but it goes and comes back...

i am sleeping really well (possible more than usual), I am eating really well - again maybe more than i used to!

is it because i am getting married next month even though i am not feeling stress? or can i be pregnant?
