Can stress cause acid reflux? I am under severe stress and was taking Dexilant and Pepcid. The Pepcid
helps the reflux. I now take Aciphex (for the last 4 days). I still get the reflux. Sometimes I get bad like
contractural pain also. If I stand up I a ok. I sit at a desk all day. I have no reflux while laying down.
