Can Stress Cause Diarrhea And Overactive Bladder?

i have become agoraphobic due to anxiety and stress when out in the world, and if i do go out i get so stresed and feel like i need a washroom right away and it has taken over my whole life that now everyday i have diharea and an overactive bladder ... so my question is can stree do this to a person or is there maybe an underlying reason like perhaps my teeth bieng rotton and poison throughout my body ... i need to get better for my wife
