Can Stress Cause Mild Cramping And Pain In Left Upper Abdomen?

Hi Dr. Rynne,I m having a dull cramping type pain in my upper abdomen on the left side. I m wondering if stress could be causing this? Actually, it s across the entire upper side of my abdomen at times, not just on the left side but mostly on the left side.Thanks,Stacy
