Can Stress Cause Vaginal Discharge And Itching?

About 6 weeks ago I had a week of an extremely itchy vagina, inside and out. Then a few lumps of brown discharge. I was on holiday and had been wearing jeans so assumed it was because i was sweating a lot. Since then I have had a white discharge mostly. It looks powdery on my underwear and also a couple of days of white gel like discharge. I've been stressed at work and have also lost weight. Not sure whether thats because of the stress or something else. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
