Can Stress Lead To Pityriasis Rosea?

Hi there,Is there an obvious difference in the rash between pityriasis rosea and scabies? Do you always have a cold, sore throat with pityriasis rosea?I had a mouth ulcer which I assumed came from feeling stressed, while at the same time an itchy spot started, which is now what I think is the 'mother patch' on the back of my leg, and a week later spots have appereard on my wrists and the trunk of my body. Does this sound like pityriasis rosea? Is it correct it can be triggered by stress? Thanks very much
