Can Stress Lead To Irregular Bleeding?

I had my 2nd implanon inserted on 27/04/10 but like with the 1st haven’t had any bleeding, however in the past week – 10 days I have had a streesful time with 2 minor car accidents and issues with my son with his special needs education and now had bleeding off and on for over a week but very light is this normal for stress to affect the implanon. This also happened for 1day in February when I had a stressful moment with my Son in Great Ormond street hospital
Is this normal or should I go to discuss with my GP , hope you can assist
