Can Sublaxion In Cervical Spine Cause Pain In Right Ear Radiating To Neck?

Hi. I Woke up a few days ago and noticed I had right ear pain that travels down my neck. It s not persistent pain. I can move my head and neck with no pain however with my head in the up right position and I flex my head back, I feel the pain. If I keep flexing my head back, the pain eventually goes away. The pain come back when I move my head and neck and then flex my head back. What could this be? I am seeing a chiropractor for sublaxation in my cervical spine, I am a window washer with a lot of shoulder and neck movements and I sleep in my car.
