Can Sun Exposure Cause Spots On The Palms?

Hi, basically i woke up this morning to find orange/brown spots on the palms of my hands. they aren't raised or itching and when i try to wash them away they stay put. i have been outside in the sun a lot more recently for about 2hr straight for the past 4 days and im woundering if that has anything to do with it. any ideas?
