Can Surgery Help Regain Strength Of Core Muscles?

I am going to have a breast reconstruction surgery by T.flap so getting a tummy tuck for free .I was just wondering if I can get the strengthening of core muscles procedure done at the same time and also if I need to pay for the latter procedure.thanks
