Can Surgery Help To Remove Cysts On Ovaries?

hi good day, my name is Abbe and I have dermoid cysts on my both ovaries. My first question is what is the actual size of one of the cysts measuring 4mm by 2mm by 4mm? My second question is seeing that these cysts are on my both ovaries and i'm only 27yrs old, what is the best type of surgery to get done?
