Can Surgical Menopause Cause Nausea And Fast Heart Rate?

lately i get nauseated then fast heartrate for about 30 seconds then feel weak. Iam 56 years old had complete hysterectomy surgical menopause can this be causing it. I feel like iam going to have a hot flash but the heat dose not come. Otherwise i feel pretty healthy and somewhat active what could this be?
