Can Sweating In Children Cause Black Heads?

my 8 year old has blackheads on his head they are tiny they started about 4 months ago he is showered daily and washes his face with simple soap their is no chemicals, fragrence ect in it , he has been doing brake dancing for the past 2 years could this be down to sweating? thanks
