Can Swimming Cause Red Sores In Chest?

Hi,

My daughter is 11 years old. Today, she felt that she has pain in her nipples. Then when I checked her nipples, I saw some red spots like sores. The only thing, that I'm thinking is that she has been in outdoor swimming pool most of the day yesterday and today! Please advise.
