Can Swine Flu Be Contracted When Treating Viral Infection And Nausea?

Hi. Can I have swine flu in the absence of high fever? I.ve been suffering from a viral infection for the past 7 days. But without high fever. Also I have a very foul taste in the mouth causing me a lot of nausea. I have been getting treated for a simple viral so far. thx.
