Can Switching Of Contraceptives Cause Pregnancy?

I recently switched from Ortho Tri Cyclen to Ortho Cyclen and started the new pack on the Sunday that I would regularly start a new pack of my old pill as I was instructed by my OBGYN. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex on the 7th day after my new pack. What are the chances that I could be pregnant because of that?
