Can Switching To Implanon From Microgynon Cause Skin Rashes?

I used to take microgynon for about 12 years. Then I hit 35 so went on implanon but i beleive it is causing skin rashes and acne. Can I go back to microgynon? How soon after implanon removal can i do this? And how long would it take for the the implanon hormones to leave my body? Thank You.
