Can Swollen Tonsils Pain, Earache, Sore Neck Swelling, Hard Phlegm Be Treated?

i have swollen tonsils that have a throbbing pain, ear ache that throbs, my neck is swollen and sore to the touch as well as tender, i have a lot of phlegm that is hard to cough up. also my jaw is stiff and so painful i cant open my mouth! please help me!!
