Can Symptoms Of Pregnancy Be Misdiagnosed As UTI?

I had sex while I was ovulating. I don t start my period for another 8 days but it feels like I have a uti I was reading where uti sometimes can be a sign of pregnancy. My friend went to the doctor before for a uti and found out she was 3 weeks pregnant. Could I be pregnant?
