Can Taking Azithioprine Cause Acne?

I have been taking Azithioprine for a while now, and have been on 75 milligrams. I am now coming off of the medicine and am on 50 milligrams. I have had trouble with acne for a while now, but it has been getting better. As I have lowered my dosage, my acne seems to be getting much worse. I am wondering if this is a side effect, coincidence, if it will get worse as I am coming off of the medicine and then will subside. Any help that you can offer would be great. I am getting married in three months and have been doing treatments to help with the acne, they have been helping and my face has not looked like this in a while. I am needing to know what to expect as I am being weened off of this medicine.
