Can Taking Femilon Be Safe?

hi..i am 27 yr old woman.i had an abortion in feb this year as my husband and i did not want to continue with the preganancy.Since then, we have been using condom and also following the withdrawl method..but i still fear that i might get pregnant..my gynaec had suggested me to use femilon..i still have not started using it but want to use it now..but very scepitcal about it as these pills do have side effects..
