Can Taking Lexapro Cause Pulsating Pain In Head?

Hi I am a 46 year old woman and have suffered with migraines since I was 8 years old. I do know what migraines feel like but now I am experiencing a pulsating throbbing pain in the right side of my head. It is behind the temple towards the upper middle of the right side of my head. I do take meications for depression which is Lexapro. Could this be one of the side effects or could something else be going on.
