Can Taking Norethisterone Early In Pregnancy Cause Congenital Issues, If I Was Unknowingly 6 Weeks Pregnant While Taking It?

Hi …I went to see doctor on May 7th as I missed my period for one week but the doctor said I m not pregnant she prescribed me norethisterone 10tablets(for 5days ) twice a day …I had twice a day for 4 days ..but my period didn’t come …again I went to another doctor she said I m 6weeks pregnant I jumped out of joy but I am worrying a lot as I m searching in google says it cause congenital issues for my fetal..this baby is our dream .please reply me as soon as possible
