Can Taking Sumatriptan While On Being Multiple Medications Cause Lightheadedness?

My husband takes metoprolol, amolodapine,carbamazepine,and lisinopril,asprin. I gave him a 50mg sumatriptan now hes feeling light headed, blochy, hes having pain in his arms and hes very tired is there anything that i gave him that could be causing a serious condition. He does have high blood pressure and heart problems plus epilepsy.
