Can Taking Antibiotics And Microgynon Together Be Safe?

Hi I am on Microgynon 30. I was ill and had antibiotics for 3 days 21st-23rd October. I took my Pill as normal then took my last pill 26th October and had my 7 day break which finishes 2nd November. Am I protected or do I need to take precautions and how long for?
