Can Taking Antibiotics Cause Early Periods?

Hi, I am 33 years old and 125 pounds with healthy eating habits. I had a sinus infection and I was on two different antibiotics for about 21 days. After I stopped the antibiotic, I noticed that my period come a week earlier than normal. Could that be because of taking antibiotics? This is the first time in many years that I tool antibiotics.I am not taking any contraceptive pills, neither am I pregnant.Thank you,
