Can Taking Bath After Vaccination Cause Any Side Effects?

hi doctor! my grand ma was bitten by our pet this morning. we already went to the nearest outpatient department to get a tetanus shot and an human immunoglobulin shot. question is, can my grand ma take a bath after she was injected those? because she has this belief that she cant take a bath and i cant find any medical evidence supporting her claim of not taking a bath after receiving the vaccines.
