Can Taking Contraceptive Pill Cause Excess Sweating?

Hi, My girlfriend sweats excessively at night and I find that the result of this is that the bed clothes smell of vinegar. She takes birth control in the form of the 'pill' and I think this may be the reason. Would it be worth changing the brand with her GP? Her last pill gave her the same problem which she had changed for that resason.
