Can Taking I-Pill Three Times In A Week Cause Headaches, Urine Color Changes, And Period Delays?

Hi, We had sex in the previous week. But it was surprisingly very much unprotected. As a part of that she had i pill several times (3 time) in 7 days. We had done a very wrong practise. But pregnancy is not safe for now. She having headache, urine color variation from the last two days. Her period was near close to 3 days. We are worried about what is going on? Please help
