Can Taking Medications Like Zzzquil And Sprintec Lead To Nightmares?

I ve recently began taking zzzquil as a sleep aid, around the same time I started taking sprintec as my birth control. I ve never had nightmares like I have been recently. I was curious to which I ve been taking is causing my reoccurring nightmares.Thank you very much for your time
