Can Taking Prescription Progesterone In The Evening Before Bed, Cause

Can taking prescription progesterone in the evening before bed, cause you not to sleep well. I'm in menopause, have been prescribed progesterone to take before I go to bed to help with hot flashes. But I find I do not sleep well on it, I feel like I have had caffeine.
