Can The HCV Infection Be Transmitted Through Infected Needle Prick?

Hii sir i m a staff nurse on friday early morning i give insulin one pt by a new insulin syringe nd she is having hcv in 2010 after that she is treated nd at sep 2014 hcv test shows negative i have prick by that niddle i m pregnant also so i m worried abot that can be infection transmitt or not i m soworried plz tell me sir that needle not having blood from this lady but my fingure is bleed after that
