Can The Adhesive Or Chemicals In Breathe Right Strips Cause Nosebleeds, Unlike Generic Nose Strips?

Hello: For several weeks now, I have been using a generic nose strip to aid my night breathing with no real problem. Last night I used a Breathe Right Srip. Within an hour, my nose was bleeding. Because i have noticed this same thing in the past, I removed the Breathe Right strip and applied a generic strip. No more nose bleed! Is there ANY chance that there is some chemical in the makeup of the Breathe Right Strips that is causing my nose bleeds?
