Can The Anti-depressant Be Changed Before The Scheduled Laparoscopic Surgery?

I am depressed. I have been taking Cymbalta. I used to take 30mg daily 2 yrs ago and gradually gone up to 120mg daily. I have symptoms of depression still, often times coinciding with my menstrual cycle. I am having a laporoscopic supracervical hysterectomy this month. should i try to change my anti-depressant now or wait til sometime after that surgery?
