Can the hormone shot for prostate cancer cause me to over heat and get light headed. I live in Arizona with high temps and am 75. I have one more shot to take for my 2 year follow-up to radiation. I have recently been outside and got hot and sweaty and lost my balance and felt like I was going to pass out. Normal or worrisome? I do know the shot gives me hot flashes but over heating??
